Constitutional Court Refers Constitutional Complaint Cases 2 and 3 to Full Bench
Published: · Source: mk.co.kr

South Korea’s Constitutional Court has selected the second and third constitutional complaint cases that could lead to the cancellation of final court judgments and referred them to the full bench. The move comes about two weeks after the court referred the so-called “vaccine collusion” case on the 28th of last month as the first such case. A constitutional complaint seeks constitutional review of a finalized court ruling, and the referral of cases 2 and 3 shows that related deliberations are continuing. As the court places successive cases before the full bench, attention is focused on whether final court judgments can be canceled. Source: mk.co.kr
