The lineup of KOSPI representative stocks has recently changed sharply. According to Maeil Business Newspaper, Samsung Biologics dropped out of the top 10 by market capitalization, while Samsung Electro-Mechanics newly entered the list. As AI beneficiary stocks came to dominate the KOSPI top 10, Hanwha Aerospace and KB Financial were removed, while SK Square and Doosan Enerbility were added. Samsung Electro-Mechanics drew attention as its share price rose tenfold over the past year, changing the market-cap ranking within the Samsung group.
