Financial authorities expect the Silson24 linkage rate to rise to 52% next month as a result. Silson24 is designed to reduce the inconvenience of consumers having to collect hospital and pharmacy documents themselves to file insurance claims. Authorities plan to go further and raise the linkage rate to 80-90% in the second half of this year. A higher connection rate could speed up the digital shift in indemnity insurance claims.
