Daechi Seonkyung Redevelopment to Rise to 49 Floors and 1,571 Homes

Daechi Seonkyung, one of the leading redevelopment complexes in Seoul’s Daechi-dong, Gangnam District, has passed review by the Seoul Urban Planning Committee and is set to be rebuilt into a complex of up to 49 floors and 1,571 homes. In the same sequence of reviews, Sinbanpo 7 and Ichon District 1 also received approval for redevelopment plans of up to 49 floors, while Sanggye Hanshin 3 in Nowon District was confirmed for development of up to 35 floors. With several major Seoul redevelopment sites clearing committee review, attention is turning to rebuilding momentum in Gangnam, riverside districts and Nowon. Source: mk.co.kr
