Samsung Electronics union strike fears rise as 17-hour mediation fails

Concerns are growing that a general strike by Samsung Electronics’ union could become a reality from the 21st after post-mediation between labor and management broke down. Samsung Electronics labor and management, together with the National Labor Relations Commission, held a post-mediation meeting for 17 hours until dawn on the 13th, but failed to reach an agreement.
