Bernard Arnault, chairman of Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy (LVMH), is set to visit Korea after three years. According to hankyung.com, Arnault is expected to visit Shinsegae Department Store’s main branch in Sogong-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul, on May 11. The branch’s The Reserve houses Louis Vuitton Visionary Journeys Seoul, which opened last December. It is described as the world’s largest Louis Vuitton store, spanning six floors with products, spaces to experience the brand’s history, culture and craftsmanship, plus a restaurant and cafe. The visit falls on the store’s regular closing day, allowing Arnault to inspect the site and review operations with internal officials in a quieter setting. Visits to Lotte Department Store’s main and Jamsil branches and Shinsegae Gangnam are also planned. Source: hankyung.com
