The government has announced eligibility rules for the second high-oil-price relief payment. The program targets the bottom 70% by income, and selection is based on March health insurance premiums. Single-person households qualify if their premium is 130,000 won or less, while the standard for a two-person household with one earner and employee insurance is 140,000 won. Payments will vary by residential area, ranging from 100,000 to 250,000 won, and will begin on the 18th.
