Oh Se-hoon Again Proposes One-on-One Debate With Jung Won-oh, Even on Kim Ou-joon Show

People Power Party Seoul mayoral candidate Oh Se-hoon on May 14 again proposed a one-on-one debate with Democratic Party candidate Jung Won-oh. Oh said he would respond to “any form” of debate and added that he would even accept a debate moderated by Democratic Party leader Jung Chung-rae on Kim Ou-joon’s program. The remark came as the format and possible staging of a debate between Seoul mayoral candidates emerged as an election issue. By saying he would not limit the venue or format, Oh signaled pressure for Jung to respond. If the two sides agree on timing and format, scrutiny of election issues is expected to intensify.
