Die Beschäftigung außerhalb der Landwirtschaft in den USA ist im April um 115.000 Stellen gestiegen und setzte damit den Beschäftigungszuwachs fort. Nach Angaben des US Bureau of Labor Statistics vom 8. Mai Ortszeit legten die Stellen im nichtlandwirtschaftlichen Bereich erneut zu. Es war das erste Mal seit Mai vergangenen Jahres, dass die Beschäftigung zwei Monate in Folge stieg. Die fortgesetzten Zuwächse sprechen dafür, vorsichtig zu sein, bevor man eine rasche Abkühlung des US-Arbeitsmarkts annimmt.
